Our Traditional Choir sings at the 11 am Sunday Mass each week, as well as Advent Lessons & Carols, Christmas, Holy Week and Easter.  Our music is more classic in nature with four part choral singing.

We sing from September through Pentecost, with rehearsals on Thursday evenings from 7:30 to 9:30 pm.

We enjoy time after rehearsals for socializing as well.

Some singing experience and music reading preferred.

Choir Testimonies

“I have participated in St. Mary’s Traditional Choir as a base for over 15 years. I was attracted originally by the beautiful voices I heard and the effect their magnificent singing had on my worship during Mass.
I continue to be a part of this wonderful choir because I know I make a real difference in the worship and prayer of our St. Mary’s community and being a part of this ministry makes a huge difference to me in my spiritual and personal life. Plus, I love to sing and be a part of making beautiful liturgical music.”
Tom Horne

“For a long time I did not have a parish home, and nowhere to sing, so when I joined St. Mary's I was eager to become a choir member again. The Traditional Choir is made up of some of the most friendly people I've met in a long time. I was immediately made to feel welcome, and they are a joy to sing with.”
Kathy Stohrer

“St. Mary's Choir is a wonderful group of parishioners and musicians.  I have learned so much from my years with the group musically, spiritually and personally.  I have made life long friends and feel very blessed to be a part the music program at St. Mary's.”
